Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for our SaaS product, Msgflow.in.
- Assist clients with setup, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
- Guide users on leveraging the WhatsApp Business API effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve tickets promptly.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or client success, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with the WhatsApp Business API.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
